The strategy looks like an exact science but it is even more subtle. It is the one who must recommend and define the axes of orientation in a given perimeter. Often, in a company, the person in charge of strategy may also have to manage innovation. Strategy is essential because it is at the heart of how companies operate: knowing how to take the right initiatives and find the right ideas. To do so, the strategy must benefit from regular monitoring of the competitive market and homogeneity within the teams in order to gather the maximum amount of information necessary for its development and analysis. Strategy is the conductor of communication.
